Internet Marketing Plus takes your privacy seriously, and we have implented various measures the ensure that your personal information remains personal. The following policy explains what personal information we collect, and how we use that information.

Cookies

Contrary to the stigma attached to them in the past, cookies are non-instrusive text files of extremely small file size that store very general information about your visit to our website. We never use them to store personal or sensitive information.

They allow us to track how you arrived at our website, what promotional offers have been displayed to you, and other general information, none of which permits anyone to identify you personally, except as the need arises for giving commission to the member that referred you to our site.

Disclosure of Personal Details

None of the information collected on our website is sold, rented, given, or otherwise transmitted to any 3rd party, except: 1) as demanded by judicial demand or law enforcement, or 2) for tax reporting purposes (as required by U.S. tax law for anyone making over $600/year through our Referral Program).

This can be verified by observing the padlock (location varies from browser to browser) and the "https://" in the address bar on all pages that in some way deal with sensitive information.
   
2. All sensitive data that is stored on our server is stored in an encrypted format in our system database. This information cannot be recovered without the secret encryption key.
   
3. As an added measure of security, all web pages that deal with your sensitive information are stored on our server in an unrecoverable encoded format, making it nearly impossible for a cracker (hacker) to discover how that information is transacted with our backend.

Your Lead Information

All information pertaining to our members' customer leads (names, e-mail addresses, and all other associated data) is held to the same privacy standards as members' personal information. Each member, along with our staff (as the need arises for handling support issues), is provided exclusive access to their leads' data.

Internet Marketing Plus will never contact a member's leads, nor will we ever transmit any associated information to any third party, save as required by judicial demand or law enforcement.

Autoresponder Subscriber Practices

Every request to unsubscribe from any list managed by Internet Marketing Plus is processed as soon as possible. For requests submitted through our subscription management system, removal from the list is immediate. For requests that require manual processing, removal takes place within 24-48 hours.

Should you choose to never be contacted through any list managed by Internet Marketing Plus, you may request exclusion by contacting us via one of the following methods and providing the e-mail address you are requesting exclusion for:

Ownership of Intellectual Property

Internet Marketing Plus retains ownership of any communication sent to us. This information can be used for the purpose of providing member support and/or as testimonials for use in our marketing material. Such usages will never contain any personally identifiable data, and any references to you will be limited to only your first name, city, state/province, and/or country. No other personal details will be used in any such manner without your explicit consent.
